Warranty & Aftercare

Your 24-month warranty

Every Vantor timepiece is covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects, valid from the date of delivery. If a covered fault appears, we'll repair or replace your watch.

What's covered

• Defects in the movement or in manufacturing under normal use.

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, and ageing of straps;
• Accidental damage, or water damage beyond the stated water resistance;
• Batteries (where applicable), and damage caused by misuse or unauthorised repair.

Caring for your watch

• Wipe the case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth.
• Keep the crown fully pushed in (or screwed down) and never operate it underwater.
• Avoid extreme heat, strong magnets and harsh chemicals.
• For an automatic movement, regular wear (or a watch winder) keeps it running.

Making a claim

Email support@vantor-uk.com with your order number and a short description (photos help). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
