These Terms of Service govern your use of vantor-uk.com and any purchase you make from Vantor, operated by. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Eligibility

Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will let you know and provide a full refund.

Pricing and tax

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate; if we discover a pricing error, we will contact you before dispatching, and you may confirm or cancel the order.

Payment

Payment is taken securely through our payment provider at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed on our website.

Product availability and descriptions

All products are subject to availability. We take care to describe and picture our timepieces accurately, although slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings.

Intellectual property

The Vantor name, logo, designs, images and website content are the property of and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us if we fail to meet our obligations. We are not liable for losses that are not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
