Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and when we deliver your Vantor order. We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within [1–2] business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Delivery options and rates

All orders are sent with Royal Mail using fully tracked, signed-for and insured services, for the security of your timepiece.

  • Free delivery — Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm — free on orders of £150 and over — delivered by 1pm the next business day.
  • Standard insured delivery — Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm — £4.90 on orders from £0.00 to £149.99 — delivered by 1pm the next business day.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery by 9am (3–5 business days)£6.90.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery by 9am (1–3 business days)£9.90.

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched and refer to business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Signature on delivery

Because our watches are sent on a signed-for service, someone will need to be available to sign for the parcel. If you are not in, the carrier will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot or Post Office.
