Refund policy
Return & Refund Policy
At Vantor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Our 60-day return promise
You may return any watch within 60 days of receiving your order for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn and in its original, undamaged condition;
- Complete with all tags, protective films, manuals and accessories;
- Returned in its original packaging.
We do not charge any restocking fee, and no items are sold as "final sale".
Free return shipping
Returns are free. When you start a return, we will send you a prepaid, tracked and insured returns label. Please contact us before sending any item back.
How to start a return
Email us at support@vantor-uk.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will reply with your prepaid returns label and instructions. Please package the watch securely so it is protected in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days and confirm by email. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.
Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, tell us your decision by a clear statement, by email to support@vantor-uk.com, before the cancellation period has expired. After cancelling, you must return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days. We will refund all payments received, including the standard delivery cost (we do not refund any extra cost arising from your choice of a faster delivery option). We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earliest. Our 60-day return promise above is offered in addition to — and does not reduce — this statutory right.
Faulty or misdescribed items (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your watch is faulty or not as described:
- You have the right to reject it and receive a full refund within 30 days of receipt;
- After 30 days and up to six months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that is unsuccessful, to a price reduction or refund.
For faulty items, return postage is always at our expense. This is separate from our voluntary 60-day return promise, which covers change-of-mind returns of items in unworn condition.
Warranty
Every Vantor timepiece is covered by a [24]-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental or water damage, batteries, straps subject to wear, or damage caused by misuse or unauthorised repair. To make a warranty claim, contact support@vantor-uk.com.
